LRC to Close on April 1
This year marks the 15-year anniversary of the founding of Legal Resolution Center. I opened our doors as a sole proprietor in 1999, but quickly welcomed other colleagues as our business expanded to provide a full range of mediation, arbitration, and special master services throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Our success has been made possible by the trust you placed in us. I know that my fellow judicial officers would agree that it has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with you.
As rewarding as my time leading Legal Resolution Center has been, I have decided that I am ready to step back from the day-to-day demands of running a business to make time for travel and other pursuits. Accordingly, as of April 1, 2014, LRC will cease accepting new cases and close its doors.
I will continue serving clients on a limited basis in the future, as will my LRC colleagues. Please note that any type of case that already has been scheduled after April 1 with me, or with any of the LRC judicial officers, will proceed to conclusion.
Contact information for Donald Abram, Steve Carter, Art Kafrissen, Joseph Mackey III, Patricia Madsen, Steven Napper and Kenneth Plotz can be found on the Contact Us page of this website. Each judicial officer will handle his/her scheduling and client services. Please contact any of us if we may be of assistance to you and your clients.
Again, thank you for honoring us with your business over the past 15 years. The entire LRC team joins me in expressing our gratitude and wishing you the best in your future endeavors.
