Professional Arbitration Services from Former Judges

Former judges from several state and federal jurisdictions make their services available as arbitrators through Legal Resolution Center. LRC's former judges are available for appointment as sole arbitrators or as neutral arbitrators on a multi-person panel. Contact LRC for more information regarding resolution of disputes through arbitration.

"When will mankind be convinced and agree to settle their difficulties by arbitration?" -- Benjamin Franklin

Legal Resolution Center is the second largest mediation and arbitration company in Colorado. Lawyers throughout Colorado and in neighboring states trust neutral LRC arbiters to handle their clients' arbitration cases fairly and efficiently. The judicial background of the LRC arbiters provides a rare depth of experience in the arbitration process.

Accomplished Former Judges Handling Arbitration Matters

In particular, arbiters at Legal Resolution Center are highly respected, accomplished former judges from state and federal jurisdictions with a wealth of individual experience and collective expertise.

There is no substitute for the experience and knowledge gained through distinguished careers as judges, mediators and arbiters.

When Arbitration Is Mandatory or Recommended

For many legal disputes, arbitration is the required method of resolution. This is often the case when construction contracts and other contracts stipulate arbitration as the only recourse. The public policies of Colorado and all Rocky Mountain states strongly favor arbitration. Arbitration is often less costly and more efficient. An arbitration agreement may allow for appointment of an arbitrator by a party in a conflict. Interested attorneys and their clients are welcome to inquire. Call or e-mail Legal Resolution Center to discuss available arbitration services.

Former judges at the Legal Resolution Center (LRC) provide mediation and arbitration in the Denver area (including Cherry Creek and the DTC — Denver Tech Center), throughout Colorado and neighboring Rocky Mountain states, and beyond (including Wyoming, Nebraska and Minnesota), serving communities including Boulder, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Fort Collins, Greeley, Cheyenne, Omaha, Salt Lake City and Minneapolis; and counties including Douglas County, Arapahoe County, Denver County, Jefferson County, Adams County, Boulder County, Larimer County and Weld County.
