EEO and Employment Investigations

Responding to EEO Investigations

Legal Resolution Center offers the services of former judges from a number of state and federal jurisdictions for meditation, arbitration and EEO investigation disputes. Former judges at LRC often fill the leading role in hearings concerning employment discrimination claims. For more information, contact LRC by phone or e-mail.

Pre-Trial EEO Investigations: Employment Discrimination

In order to settle a matter prior to trial, former judges at LRC are available to handle an impartial evaluation early in a case.

Government entities and private businesses alike turn to LRC's former judges to handle EEO investigations related to a wide range of general employment matters including complaints, disputes, claims and lawsuits pertaining to employment discrimination on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, marital status or veteran status; allegations of ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) violations, and sexual harassment.

Former State and Federal Judges

Legal Resolution Center is the second largest mediation and arbitration company in Colorado, also handling EEO investigations and special master services. Lawyers, their clients and government authorities rely on the experience and neutrality that former state and federal judges provide.

To discuss a pending EEO investigation in Colorado or in a neighboring state, attorneys are invited to contact LRC by phone or e-mail.

Former judges at the Legal Resolution Center (LRC) provide mediation and arbitration in the Denver area (including Cherry Creek and the DTC — Denver Tech Center), throughout Colorado and neighboring Rocky Mountain states, and beyond (including Wyoming, Nebraska and Minnesota), serving communities including Boulder, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Fort Collins, Greeley, Cheyenne, Omaha, Salt Lake City and Minneapolis; and counties including Douglas County, Arapahoe County, Denver County, Jefferson County, Adams County, Boulder County, Larimer County and Weld County.
