Former Judges Mediating Municipal Law Issues

Legal Resolution Center offers highly experienced and respected former state and federal judges to handle municipal law matters. LRC personnel are often appointed to serve as hearing officers, special masters and specially appointed judges charged with resolving disputes on behalf of towns, cities and defendants. These issues can include:

  • Employment law
  • School law
  • Municipal services and facilities
  • Police brutality / excessive force
  • Infractions of municipal ordinances and regulations

LRC's former judges have been appointed to carry out a number of legal or complex administrative actions on behalf of local governments. They are qualified to serve as specially appointed judges, taking over the administration and resolution of a case with the full powers of the judge who was originally assigned to the matter.

Legal Resolution Center, based in Westminster, Colorado, is the second largest mediation and arbitration company in Colorado. These former state and federal judges arbitrate and mediate municipal law matters throughout Colorado and in neighboring states.

Lawyers and municipalities are encouraged to contact LRC by phone or e-mail for more information regarding the most expeditious means of resolving a municipal law matter through mediation or arbitration.

Former judges at the Legal Resolution Center (LRC) provide mediation and arbitration in the Denver area (including Cherry Creek and the DTC — Denver Tech Center), throughout Colorado and neighboring Rocky Mountain states, and beyond (including Wyoming, Nebraska and Minnesota), serving communities including Boulder, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Fort Collins, Greeley, Cheyenne, Omaha, Salt Lake City and Minneapolis; and counties including Douglas County, Arapahoe County, Denver County, Jefferson County, Adams County, Boulder County, Larimer County and Weld County.
