Legal Resolution Center is a company dedicated to providing alternative dispute resolution services at affordable rates to all of the Rocky Mountain West and United States. Legal Resolution Center's former judges offer unique insight into the legal system and a tailored, objective approach to resolving cases.

Fees, Costs and Payment Policy

• Hourly rate for judicial officers: $315.00
• Hourly rate for travel: $150.00 (no charge for travel in Front Range from Cheyenne, Wyoming to Pueblo, Colorado)
• Airfare and logding: Actual costs incurred
• Deposits for arbitrations: $2,000 per party, per day 60 calendar days before the scheduled hearing date.
• Deposits for mediations: $600 per party, per day required for all pro se clients and for all domestic cases 30 calendar days before the scheduled date.
• Deposits for uninsured and underinsured: None.

Cancellation Policy:

• Mediations: $1,000 - per party, per day for each full day cancelled seven calendar days before the scheduled mediation; or $500 - per party when a half day cancellation occurs seven calendar days before the scheduled date
• Arbitrations: $2,000 per party, per day if an arbitration cancels 30 calendar days before the scheduled hearing date.

LRC requires payment for all services be made by counsel for their parties within 30 days of invoicing.
